Welcome to The Flicker Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£)

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

  • Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

5. Fulfilment and Shipping

  • We use Gelato.com and Prodigi.com as third-party fulfilment partners to produce and ship orders.

  • Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive all goods in your order. If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the 14-day period starts the day after you receive the final item.

  • Returning Goods After Cancellation
    Once you notify us that you wish to cancel your order, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Refunds
    We will refund you the full price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid when ordering. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of return.

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Goods
    Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (including text, images, designs, logos) is owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

  • Customers retain rights to any designs they upload, but by submitting them for fulfilment, you grant us (and our fulfilment partners) a licence to produce the products you order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits, business, or data).

  • Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third parties such as Gelato.com and Prodigi.com to fulfil orders. While we carefully choose our partners, we are not responsible for their actions or policies. Please review their terms and privacy policies separately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated Terms.
