At The Flicker Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving all the items in your order.

If your order is delivered in parts, the 14-day period starts the day after you receive the last item.

We will refund you the full price of the goods plus the standard delivery charge you paid at checkout (if applicable).

We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that you have sent them back.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
