At The Flicker Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and receive a refund.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

• Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving all the items in your order.

• If your order is delivered in parts, the 14-day period starts the day after you receive the last item.

2. Returning Goods

• Once you notify us that you want to cancel, you then have 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.

• Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them.

• Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any packaging where possible.

3. Refunds

• We will refund you the full price of the goods plus the standard delivery charge you paid at checkout (if applicable).

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to place the order.

• We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that you have sent them back.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described Goods

• If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
